Trip to the Corn Maze / Haunted Pumpkin Festival

Sunday, October 12, 2008

Logan & I decided to head out of the city and visit a Corn Maze & Haunted Pumpkin Festival. Logan had so much fun, and was basically leading me around the grounds ... going from one fun thing to the next. We didn't get to do everything they had to offer (long line ups and chilly day), but we spent over 2 hours there and Logan got to:
- pet sheep, goats, chickens and hold a bunny
- visit a haunted house (and didn't get scared)
- go through a kid's size corn maze with me, and a hay bale maze by himself (the hay bales were only stacked 2 high, so I could see him)
- watch a pumpkin cannon shoot full size pumpkins at a pirate ship target
- play in a Bale Ball Arena (round arena made up of hay bales and the kids had to crawl through a tunnel and play with all the balls inside)
- Have Hot Chocolate for the first time (just a few sips since it was "bery hot")

Here is just a few of the pictures (got impatient with uploading them all on here) - to view the rest (17 in total), along with complete stories for each photo, visit this link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/loganriz/sets/72157607957076014/

He is just too precious! Which corn maze was this? We were at the Edmonton Corn Maze and although it was fun, there wasn't much for little kids to do there, like you had .
